Yes, I really do hate cheese. I hate everything about it. The smell, the taste, the texture...yuck! I’d been considering doing a short documentary about my cheese-hatred for about a year when I was awarded the Visual Communications “Armed With A Camera” Fellowship Grant. I received $500.00 to make a five-minute digital film, so I decided to make a documentary, since $500.00 doesn’t get you very far in terms of production value on a narrative film.

This film was made possible by a grant from Visual Communications and the California Arts Council’s Multicultural “Next Generation” Program.
